During my time at Arista, I took on numerous roles and responsibilities. When the team was still new to the company, design had yet to be recognized as a crucial part of the feature creation process. Initially, our day-to-day operations were reactive, as my colleague and I were stretched thin across projects, making it challenging to address the overall design process effectively. However, as time progressed, we

collaborated with stakeholders and our engineering teams to brainstorm and implement different approaches. This collaborative effort significantly improved the CloudVision product's efficiency and paved the way for building the team to the twelve talented designers it has today. Our efforts also had a positive impact on the feature processes moving forward.
